What to Expect: Your Path to Support
Starting ABA therapy can feel like a maze—but we’re here to walk you through it. Here’s what the process looks like, step by step.
-
You, your child’s teacher, or pediatrician may notice signs like delayed speech, limited eye contact, or repetitive behaviors.
-
A developmental specialist or pediatrician will perform an evaluation and may provide a diagnosis like Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
-
Once you have a diagnosis and referral, contact us. We’ll guide you through paperwork and verify your insurance coverage.
-
Our BCBA conducts an in-depth assessment to understand your child’s needs, then creates a personalized therapy plan.
-
We’ll handle submitting your treatment plan to insurance and follow up to get the green light.
-
Once approved, ABA therapy begins with a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) under the supervision of a BCBA. Support for parents is built in.
